Great stay with friendly staff

Room was spacious and clean, bathroom had Milton Brown toiletries which was nice. Bed was a bit soft and could probably do with a new mattress.
Went for dinner in Roosters and staff were excellent and food was lovely
Breakfast was great and again staff were friendly and warm
Checkout was easy and friendly
The staff definitely make this hotel.

A lovely boutique hotel, nestled in some beautiful surroundings and a classic quiet England village. The big draw for me is the golf facilities. A stunning 18 hole main course and a great 9 hole course. The driving range is also a rare gem with real grass practice areas. The staff are very friendly and engaging and more than willing to help. The room itself is spacious and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and I couldn't recommend it more.

We love staying here and wish it was just a little cheaper so we could stay longer. We love having a meal in the Dovecote Restaurant and having a summer evening drink in the lovely garden.
