OK but could be a lot better

Reasonable sized room with adequate aircon and good wifi.
Hotel is very noisy - Not only the local barking dogs all night, but it is used as a business centre and visitors have no respect for guests, they shout in the alleyways and the rooftop bar area holds parties regularly.
Security is poor due to the number of visitors to different businesses on all floors.
Restaurant is quite good, some dishes are a little quirky but overall service is reasonable.
They do need to learn that when Juice is offered with breakfast, it does not mean Ice Tea, but that is all you get.
There were numerous guests with large dogs in the hotel, all using the car park as a toilet which was not acceptable.

Publié le 1 févr. 2019 sur HotelsThis was my first time to stay in this hotel. New built and the taxi driver cannot find the location, I called the hotel just to give direction to the taxi driver. They have nice room, comfy bed, friendly receptionist. Near from jollibee, 20-25 minutes walk to festival mall.
