We booked a 2 day stay in this hotel. The room is old with fruit flies and mosquitoes. The entire hotel was hot and the pool not working. Although I must admit the staff were pleasant but the entire condition is quite unbearable we ended up booking another hotel and moved out the following day

Excellent .Friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were easy. But when something unfortunate happens, as it did during our stay , me and my friend trapped in elevator. I pushed the button to go up, and 2 seconds later.. the elevator jolted.. We were stuck! (1st time) It was truly the scariest 10-15 mins of my life. Good thing I'm with my friend and not alone lol , and we don't have Claustrophobia. Kudos to the maintenance team who respond right away .

Staff are accommodating and service are excellent , though breakfast menu are limited . But overall we enjoyed our staff. Kudos!!
