What is unique about the property is its value for money. What I did not like about it trifling scenery.

LOVE THE STAFF!

Kudos to the front desk lady who greeted us when we checked in. Thank you, ate!

maganda siya sa adventisment... pag dating namin ni husband tuwang tuwa kami sabi ko medyo nka swerte kqmi kasi maayos naman... tapos nun nagtangal n kami ng shoes at medyas dun na kmi nadismaya... kasi suoer dumi ng floor napaka itim ng paa nmin kaya bumaba ako humingi ako ng basahan sa front desk (ito pala pag dating nmin sa lobby medyo pala matagal kausap sa radio un nasa raas expect ko super bango siguro ng room at malinis kasi d agad kami pinaakyat)un paa nmin parang nag sayaw sa agiw talaga tapos un kinuha ko un flashght ng asawa ko un super dumi nun ilalim ng kama... maganda sana pero madumi pati bed cover pillow case d nag palit pati towel... madumi. may dala nmn kami un ginamit namin. pinagppnas nlang namin. un ref medyo mabaho.sa 206pala kami ganun siguro pag naloko ka sa wedsite kala k maganda... d na ako uulit. parati nmn ako nag travago ito lang napili ko may promo at malapit sa city ng iloilo....haist salamat nkauwi na kami dito sa laguna.

I like the hotel.
What I don't like is the Expedia itself. I have no register booking at the hotel when I get there, but Expedia already deducted it on my account. Staffs explained that it usually happened to them, if their third party is Expedia. So better not to book using Expedia. I can't even have a refund.

The linens are so disappointing..it has yellowish stains on it..and its itchi as well..its not very comfy to sleep at..i hope they would provide more cleaner linens to provide more comfortable stay..

Even i have a booking confirmation, they have no idea and cannot find my reservation. The hotel management relocated us on a other property called Budget Inn but the room is far from what i have paid. I have booked premium suite and it was replaced by regular room. This is very unacceptable and staff are not professional. Hotels.com should remove this hotels from their inventory. I should have given a refund on this. Do not book anything on this hotel.
