Great hotel close to nature

Great hotel close to nature, pity couldn't explore around because were only staying for short period and for work. Hotel was nice, not a usual city modern hotel. Restaurant was good, they have set menu each day for dinner and food was amazing. Good choice for breakfast as well.

Wir hätten etwas mehr Infos gehabt. Evtl. Eine Mappe mit folgendem: wo finden wir den Frühstücksraum, die Sauna, usw. Von wann bis wann ist was geöffnet. Wo findet man sein Zimmer. Man musste alles erfragen.

Sehr freundlicher und informativer Empfang, gemütliches Zimmer sogar mit Wasserkocher für Tee u Kaffee! Ruhige Lage im Wald versteckt u behaglich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Beim nächsten Mal probiere ich auch das Abendessen aus.

Het hotel is wel wat gedateerd en heeft geen lift. Ook de netheid kan wat beter. Verlichting in de badkamer is slecht. Bedden prima en onrbijt was goed verzorgd en uitgebreid. Mooie omgeving en zeer ruime parkeergelegenheid.

Dejligt bjerghotel

Stort dejligt værelse med udsigt til p-plads og natur bag p-plads. Der er buffet hver aften til meget rimelig pris, den er god og alsidig og tjenerne er meget søde og servicemindede. Der er stor terrasse ved restauranten, som er skøn når vejret er til det. Morgenmaden er også rigtig god. Fredeligt område og skovrig natur, perfekt udgangspunkt for udflugter til den skønne natur eller de smukke byer.

Tolles Hotel,

Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Frühstück und gutem Service. Bei gutem Wetter kann man beim Frühstück auf der Terasse auch eine tolle Aussicht genießen.

Gerne wieder. Können wir weiter Empfehlen.

Wir waren für eine Übernachtung im Hotel. Für Ausflüge in den Harz zum Wandern oder mit dem Bike oder zum erkunden mit dem Auto absolut geeignet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Man merkt allerdings den Fachkräftemangel auch hier. Am Abend das Büffet für zwei gebucht ( 22,50.- p.P. absolut zu empfehlen das Essen).Der Servicemitarbeiter hatte wirklich alle Hände voll zu tun. Zapfen, Servieren ,abräumen ,auffüllen, kassieren, usw. Er war zudem alleine. Ebenso beim Frühstück. Es erscheint uns doch etwas zu viel an Arbeit für jemanden ganz alleine, auch wenn mal kurz jemand aus der Küche mit hilft oder jemand von der Rezeption unterstützt. Respekt vor der Leistung. Das Hotel war unserer Einschätzung recht gut besucht und die Tische gut besetzt. Das Essen war wirklich gut und es wurde immer frisch nachgelegt. Unser Zimmer war auch absolut in Ordnung. Bei der ankunft hätte ich mir etwas mehr Informationen gewünscht. Auf nachfrage ob es ein Schwimmbad gibt, wurde schlicht nein gesagt. Es hätte z. B. auch mit dem Hinweis verneint werden können, es tut uns Leid bei und im Hotel gibt es keine Möglichkeit aber wir haben eine Sauna hier im Haus die von...-... geöffnet hat. Handtücher oder einen Bademantel können Sie gern hier gegen entsprechendes Pfand bei mir bekommen. Als Anregung evtl. für das nächste mal. Erklärungen für Fernsehen suchten wir vergebens. Alles nicht so schlimm und es sind nur Anregungen. Evtl. einen Barcode mit hinweisen in den Zimmern zu hinterlegen.

Insgesamt sehr freundlich und gutes Frühstück. Schönes Abendessen für guten Preis. Gute Reklamationsbearbeitung. Einziges Feedback, welches ich auch an der Rezeption gelassen habe. Sind die Stühle im Essensraum, welche zu schwer sind und beim Schieben bis in das zweite OG zu hören waren. In der ersten Wohnung, die wir reklamieren mussten, war es gar nicht auszuhalten, so laut waren die Schleifgeräusche. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt bei Euch.
