Perfect place!
Posted Nov. 18, 2024 on HomeAwayI have a student at the university and was there for the weekend to attend some events on campus. I love the location, proximity to attend Mass, the adoration chapel, the campus, restaurants, grocery store, and there was even a farmer's market on Saturday. My son took a break and stayed with me for two nights. A spectacular weekend overall.

Great condo in the heart of Ave Maria
Posted Nov. 13, 2023 on HomeAwayMy husband and I rented the condo for a month to attend our grandson’s football games. Every weekend a few family members and friends flew in for the game. It is the perfect location for enjoying the town activities, attending mass, and visiting with our grandson. We spent a lot of time on the covered balcony. We will definitely come back if it is available

Great location!
Posted Aug. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayThe property was in a great location close to everything. It had plenty of room for our family of 5. The sliding door to the patio would not open so that was disappointing but we made do. For a 4 day stay we were given 1 garbage bag and 1 tablet for the dishwasher. I would suggest more for that many days. The carpet and walls are tired but it worked very well for our purpose. Thanks!

Good location - but smoke smells seep in
Posted May 3, 2023 on HomeAwayThe location is prime - right in the town square. The apartment is a little worn but functional and comfortable enough. The only real issue is that the location resulted in our clothes smelling like cigarette smoke coming up from down below the apartment.

Ave Condo
Posted Feb. 5, 2023 on HomeAwayGreat location. Condo was not clean per typical upon arrival. Kitchen utensils and cookware is not acceptable.Condo furnishings are tired and worn.
After cleaning and buying some required kitchen dish ware the stay was good due to location . Ok just be ready to take a day upon arrival to clean and set it up

Perfect spot and easy weekend!

A plus location
Posted Apr. 30, 2022 on HomeAwayWe spent a wonderful vacation and Holy Week at this condo in Ave Maria. The view from the balcony is tremendous. Take in all of town and the Oratory yet still quiet and private. The unit was lovely with very comfortable beds and great amenities. Management was exceptionally responsive, even during the holiday weekend. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this spot.
