Bad host, it was clear since his arrival that he would ask for reimbursement or discount! Absurd and surreal complaints using unpleasant tones. Dear Horst AS YOU WRITE IF THE PLATFORM VRBO DID NOT RECOGNIZE ANY REFUND maybe it is because the host did everything that was possible to do and was more than fair to you . while you since your arrival were looking for any excuse to have a discount or a refund! Alas you went wrong! So what do you do... RETALIATE WITH A SCORE THAT NO ONE HAS GIVEN US IN ALL THESE YEARS. EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS THAT YOUR REVIEW IS UNTRUE AND WRITTEN IN BAD FAITH. Who gives 1 star to the property leaves immediately and does not remain for the entire holidays or not?!!! just read the reviews written about our apartments on VRBO and Airbnb to understand how much is not true your review. Our guests never find bedbugs in almost 20 years.. For cleaning we always have 5 stars. 1)Our property is located in a quiet hilly area where there are other houses and cottages. It is unthinkable that our neighbor could not work in his garden cutting grass or doing other work on his property. In Italy nobody has to warn the neighbors if he does any work! If you wanted absolute silence did not have to book an apartment in a villa where there are also OTHER APARTMENTS but above all had to book in a remote and isolated place. 2)Mr Horst says he found bedbugs ... ONLY AFTER 10 days HIS ARRIVAL AND NOT 2 OR 3 DAYS AFTER HIS ARRIVAL.. IT MEANS CERTAINLY NOT MY FAULT but PROBABLY poor personal hygiene AND HIGHEST TEMPERATURES IN THE BEDROOM...IT WAS DIFFICULT TO BREATHE... Infact when I immediately went in their apartment there was a Infernal warm in the room. window, shutters and door of bedroom were closed. I checked the mattress and there was nothing, all for me was ok! I wanted to spray to disinfectant with a product but I CAN'T because he told me his wife is allergic to chemicals products; only now you tel me and not before prepare your apartment for your arrival...It's very strange!! ...or maybe because if I did it, I didn't find or coming out any bug?! I told them that before in the same apartment I had 2 different guests who were satisfied! However I IMMEDIATELY made AVAILABLE TO THE GUESTS FOR FREE APARTMENT Giulia that is close to apartment Giorgia and I give them also NEW LINEN FOR FREE. I do all this even if I know the problem was not my fault! Mr Horst took advantage of 2 ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE PRICE OF ONE. INFACT DID NOT WANT TO MOVE HIS STUFF IN THE NEW APARTMENT BECAUSE FOR HIM IT MEANT A DISCOMFORT.... the following days I asked if all is going ok and told me that everything was fine! the day of departure another unaxpect request...he told me that he would contact Vrbo to have an extra additional refund of 20% for the inconvenience...and that he would not want to pay electricity.... I told him that I had done everything I could to provide him leaving him 2 apartments! That I have suffered UNJUSTLY economic damage having 2 APARTMENTS BLOCKED (ONE FOR FREE)UNTIL HIS DEPARTURE. the Giorgia who did not want to leave and the Giulia put FREE of charge at his disposal. To all these must be added the cleaning costs of the 2 apartments! on the day of his departure in apartment Giorgia there was an invasion of ants on the sink and on the fires!! certainly probably due to a lack of ordinary cleaning. I want to emphasize that by disinfecting and cleaning the apartment Giorgia were not found bedbugs !! Hosts be careful with this people.

We are very happy to host Annelies and his husband in our property. they are polite, quiet, discreet and very nice guests. they have left the apartment in order and very clean; they have also respected the rules of the house. we hope to host them again; they are people that all hosts would like to accomodate in their holiday homes. thank you again to have choosen to spend your holidays in our holiday homes see you soon Carla and Gigi

Nice review and nice people . We only don't know how only 4 stars with wonderful appreciation. We hope to meet again and we suggest them if the reserve in your apartment.

We are sorry to read you have put only 3 stars on 5 only because our rules don't allow to use bal into the swimming pool. But in villa Lazzarini family cames for relax and in the swimming pool area there are sunbed where guest wish to read a book without shout and to be weat from children who play bal. We regret for this limitation but we have a lot afternoon guest that came again because here they found quiet and relax . This is villa Lazzarini.
