Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Free shuttle to and from airport which is great. Perfect for a stopover. Pool was nice but you have to wear a swimming hat which i wasnt aware of and so had to buy one. Food options very good, although pricey, but everything ee had to eat was delicious.

The mini bar was extremely expensive as was the instant coffee and tea, so we did not use it. Fortunately, it was a short walk to the East tower which had a good breakfast buffet and coffee shop .

Beautiful stay
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely helpful in providing detailed information about how to visit near by attractions. They took the time to inquire about our plans and explained the easiest options to meet our needs. Our room was spacious and clean but we didn’t stay in the tower near the main restaurants so it was a bit of walk to that side of the hotel in the evenings. It was overall a great experience.

I asked many times how to get the shuttle bus at airport. No response from the hotel at all. If the first impression is not good, no matter how good the service you provide later on it won’t change anything. Not recommend.

Beautiful hotel lots of staff close to airport. Only minor complaint is hotel website said “The shuttle bus stop is at Gate 3 & 12 for Terminal 1”. It isn’t its only from 3C. It goes every 30 min. on 5 min past the hour and half hour. Not 10 min. Otherwise excellent service.
