Horrible Experience

First off the listing said pool access and that’s main reason we chose this location. Arrived late in the evening. Next day checked the pools. Both we closed due to renovation. Spoke to Vacasa management and they said too bad. The local on site manager said that your reservation company should know the amenities. Tried for four days to get a resolution and still none. I’ve spent more time on the phone than enjoying my vacation. Also bugs and pet urine smell on rugs. Kitchen cabinet falling off ceiling. Be masking tape covering holes in ceiling in master bedroom. And to top it off house cleaners walked into our condo a day early with our 10 year old by himself downstairs. Not comfortable feeling as a parent. Do not recommend this condo or ever dealing with Vacasa Management.

We apologize for the pool being closed for maintenance during your visit and regret any disappointment this caused your party. Our local manager assured us it is open now. Additionally, we're sorry for any areas you found needing TLC and cleanliness details missed and we hope the compensation you received alleviated some of your frustration. Our local team was not aware of housekeeping entering the home and your feedback was shared with the appropriate parties. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.

Great but watch out for glass

Everything about the property was great and as described. The only problem was that there was a patch of broken glass that my daughter found with her foot. I guess the housecleaner didn't thoroughly vacuum.
