Does Hotels.com ever check on the hotels

Dirty, smelly and overpriced!
Posted Jul. 23, 2021 on HotelsPoor customer service. The front desk associate was watching TV when we arrived and seemed irritated that we interrupted her. Hotel was dirty and smelled musty throughout. Also needed repairs. Very overpriced hotel.
