4 BEDROOM HOUSE JUST A WALK TO THE BEACH!

Get ready for a relaxing beach vacation getaway. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach or a 30 second car ride with direct beach access and free parking. We have several beach equipment and toys to use during your visit. This 1,800 sq ft house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with tile throughout. It has a large two car garage with a driveway and on-street parking. We have new LED smart TV's with NETFLIX subscriptions for hundreds of free movies! Conveniently located near Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarket, along with plenty of other shops and restaurants. It's about an hour drive to Disney and the other major theme parks.

Indian Harbour Beach is a fun and friendly, relaxed and safe beach-side island community on Florida's beautiful Space Coast. Located between Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral and Melbourne Beach/Sebastian Inlet, our warm-water beaches are great for sunrise walks and relaxing days and some of the best surfing, boating, and surf-fishing on the East Coast of the U.S.

The Indian River, just blocks away, is a great place to paddle board, boat, fish, and check out local wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, wading birds, etc.

Indian Harbour Beach and the surrounding areas have plenty of shopping, nightlife, and restaurants. Be sure and try Papagallos and Longdoggers, each only a 5-10 minute drive. A ten minute drive to Downtown Historic Melbourne offers more shops, restaurants, art festivals and bars. There is so much to do here with the beach, water sports, fishing, Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, piers, golf-courses, and Disney/Orlando Parks all nearby.

Great stay
We stayed one night while waiting for cruise. House is clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of supplies to make whatever you need in the kitchen. About 5-10 min walk to beach access. Stores and restaurants close driving distance.

Short stay but like home
We loved the spaciousness of the property and the Christmas decor! We weren’t warned about the work being done and strange man out front until I went outside to get something from the vehicle. The garage smelled very strongly of gas so we avoided using kitchen appliances and laundry amenities. It was a short stay so it wasn’t a big deal.

Just like home!

Good experience
We were only there for two days, but the house was comfortable, very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. For a family staying longer, there are numerous bicycles, beach chairs, toys And boogie boards. The kitchen is small but well stocked with dishes and cookware, a nice gas stove and large refrigerator. Any questions we had of the owner were promptly answered. The place could use a little touch up paint here and there, but absolutely nothing Impacted our experience which was very enjoyable and comfortable . Would definitely stay there again

Fantastic Pre-Cruise Home
If you are looking for somewhere to stay before your cruise, this is the spot! WalMart and several restaurants nearby and the beautiful beach is a short walk away. Owners answered questions quickly and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Would definitely stay here again for our next Port Canaveral cruise!!

My mother, mother inlaw, 2 daughters and I spent 5 days here! It was a great space…. So conveniently located to everything! The house was clean and neat! Lotsa beach items provided for us which was awesome, including beach towels! A few missing items such as Kleenex, coffee, dishwasher soap, and ran low on toilet paper. We cooked a breakfast here and that was nice! Enough supplies to do so! Lotsa options in the house if we would have wanted to spend a night in, such as board games, etc. Overall, a great place! Would be happy to come again!

Quick stay
Family and I stayed prior to going on cruise. The location of the house is close to a lot of things even within walking distance so we found it convenient. The house was well kept and clean and Steven was convenient and helpful in assisting us with checking in. The beach was nice and walking there and back to the house for lunch made it worth the while.

Charming Home
Charming family home within walking distance of the beach and amenities. There were a number of maintenance issues that were direct contractions to the online listing that could easily be fixed. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood - perfect for families. Thank you for sharing your home.

The property was great for our party in that there was a private bedroom and bath that was ideal for our traveling companion. The house itself was spacious and comfortable with a screened-in porch that was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation. My wife and I would use it again without hesitation.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very well kept. I only stayed one night on my way to Atlanta from Pompano Beach but would definitely stay a whole week on a family vacation. Steven was great as well. He was very responsive.

Could hear the surf crashing from the yard!!
I was in town to visit family with my Mom & Sister. House was a nice layout. Kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much everything you could want. Cooked a pasta dinner for my grandmother one evening. Tons of beach toys and supplies, chairs, umbrella, even a beach buggy to push on the sand with all your stuff. Too chilly to go to the beach when we stayed, so we did not use them. If you’re into Starbucks coffee it’s a very short walk to get to it, almost visible from the driveway!! Neighborhood seemed quiet and just locals. One night things got kinda loud outside - turned out the space shuttle was launching and people were cheering it on after 3 delays. They sent up “crew 8” to the space station. You could see the shuttle from the house. Better view would have been the driveway. Now I know! Outside patio was lovely. Needs some new cushions, as they have been well loved and not very comfortable. I also wish it had some twinkle lights or a propane fire table!! I wish we could have has time to sit and play cards on the porch one night. I would stay again, bring back my husband, and some friends. Plenty of room.

We just had a 1 night stay before boarding a cruise but it was great for everyone to meet at one house, plenty of beds for everyone, easy walk to the beach, restaurants & Walmart. Was very clean and had everything we needed. Had a nice porch area that gave us space to sit and chat.

Good House with nice location
We were very happy with this home close to the beach. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away across A1A via a lit crosswalk (very important - it's a busy road). The garage was loaded with almost anything you might want at the beach - chairs, toys, boogie boards and towels. Unfortunately, it was pretty chill when we were there so we mostly walked on the beach. The house was clean and comfortable with places to relax inside and on the screened in porch. The neighborhood is quiet and it's hard to believe you're so close to major roads and shopping. There are adult and kids bikes available in the garage and you can walk or ride through a large neighborhood of connected streets, even going over to parks on the river side. Check-in was a breeze and the property managers were very responsive to questions. Highly recommended!
