Bon séjour au Hometown Inn

Nous allions à un mariage à Indian River. Le Hometown Inn a été très efficace pour notre séjour. Simple, propre, confortable.

Worth what you pay for

Overall nice stay for what you are paying. Room was clean and check in staff was very nice. Side note, there is limited options for breakfast but waffles were good. The jacuzzi tube needed to be scrubbed due to old sedemient build up and there were some odars in the hall but did not effect the smell in the room. Very nice relaxing stay and seems like the owners keep up the maintenance of the place. Would come back again.

It wasn't very clean and my bathtub had a disgusting black ring around it. We checked in on a Saturday evening and Sunday morning at 8:00am we were woken up by extremely loud drilling and pounding. It seems they thought that was a good time to start replacing EVERY lock of the doors on my floor and when confronted were very very rude to us. They also had their tools and the locks set in front of each door so you had to walk around it to get out. We feel they could have at least waited until 10:00 am when people would be getting up to checkout by 11:00 am. I would never give them my business again or recommend that hotel to anyone.

The only negative was the hotel was so dark and gloomy on the inside..definitely needs more lighting in the lobby and the rooms.

I gave my State three stars. It was clean, but the property itself is very tired. Everything is old. Now they did have in the box many new light fixtures toilets, and other accessories but I didn’t see any of them installed. Our heating unit which was on cooling at night it did cool, but it made noises entire night long which made it hard for me to sleep. Pool area hot tub was clean and old. The breakfast was OK at best.

Staff were welcome and very helpful. Property looks to be undergoing maintenance/repairs. Room was clean and quiet.
