To city sewer which saved a lot of hassle. A pleasant stay. We did find the steps down to the deck a bit cumbersone.

Perfect access to adventures
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place had everything we needed, nice deck with patio table, chairs, lights strung along the canopy. Nice outdoor kitchen area w/flatstone countertop grill, propane grill, and a fire pit. The host was great!

Indian River Boat Trip
Publié le 3 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis trailer has everything you will need for a nice trip in the Indian River area. The county boat launch is across the street which makes it very easy to get on the river and the chain of lakes. Overall, you cannot beat the value of this rental.

River camping fun
Publié le 30 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayI enjoyed our stay so close to the water and if you have a boat it gets no better that this location. However the sofa bed could use an update if the stay sleeps 6. We loved the out door kitchen and lots of fire wood. Ice maker in the freezer was great. I hope to return.

We have a new white one that has foam with no bar across the middle like the old one. Just chose to use the old one.
