Tout est vieux et même un peu sale, la location et golf bien.

The property itself is impressive. It is very pretty and the golf course view was nice from the room. We were upgraded to a suite which was also quite impressive.
I did not realize there was going to be a $25 parking fee. No one had ever mentioned this to me. Also, the people in the room above us were quite noisy and you could hear each footstep. That was annoying.

The staff was nice enough and the facilities were worn but OK enough to make the 2 star rating. However the main downside of this hotel is we had to suffer through the endless squeaking of the floor above us whenever someone in the room above was walking. It was extremely loud and made us uncomfortable any time we were in the room. I don't think it was just our room as we could hear the floor above us squeaking when we walked through the hallways. Also I think it is ridiculous to charge $25 a night to park in a totally unsecure parking lot. I could see if it was gated or a garage or offered anything regarding security.

Did not like the assigned room.
The room had a mildew smell and the floor had a crackling sound lije the wood was ready to cave in. No longer give complimnetary breakfast vouchers. The venue charges $20 nightly parking rates, something i dont recall them doing in the past.
This has been our spot to stay in indian wells but will have to consider other venues on our next visit.
