One story 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home in Mid-Town Carmel! Convenient access to 31 and Keystone Parkway. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and The Performing Arts Center. Large deck which looks out to a small pond. Garage is heated with room for one car to park. Garage has a 240 volt outlet for EV charging. Further parking is available in driveway and on the street. House has two separate bedrooms with ceiling fans and queen beds. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Open living space with a 52-inch Smart TV (photo shows the previous smaller TV) DVD and VCR player. Master bedroom has a 43 inch Smart TV, and second bedroom a smaller Smart TV. High speed wireless internet + an HP LaserJet Pro M118DW b/w printer. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Two additional guests may be accommodated by sleeping on the couch or provided inflatable queen size matters. A pack-and-play is provided for our younger visitors (If the pack-and-play is used, the guest must disassemble and pack it property, an extra fee will be charged if the cleaning crew has to do this). Please note there is no land-line telephone. Guests will need to use their cell phones to make calls. Security cameras monitor the outside of the house.
Both bedrooms, kitchen and living room have high-speed USB charging outlets. There is also an eight outlet power strip with one USB low speed charging port, as well as an "octopus" cable that will charge just about any modern USB device.
Our place is equipped with the latest 100 watt-equivalent LED lighting. No more eye strain!
The house is close to the Carmel Center for the Performing Arts (The Palladium), the Carmel Ice Skadium and Carmel Arts and Entertainment District (Restaurants and Shops), Grand Park (Westfield, IN) is 9 miles away, the home of the Indianapolis Colts (Lucas Oil Stadium) is 15 miles, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is 18 miles, and it's 26 miles to the Indianapolis International Airport. The 18-mile-long Monon Trail (a rail-to-trail path) is less than 1/2 mile away. The U.S. 31 Business corridor is a 5 minute drive.
GREAT LOCATION! GREAT TOWN! Walk, bike, or make a short drive to quality restaurants, shops, drinking establishments, art galleries and studios as well as The Monon Trail, an 18 mile long rails-to-trails path.

CANCELLATION POLICY - if you need to cancel during the "no refund" period, we will attempt to re-rent for those days. If we do, you will get you money back for each day the new renter stays. This applies only if you've made all payments and have returned the signed rental agreement.
Please note that for reservations over 29 days, 50% will be refunded if cancelled at least 30 days prior to check-in date, and 100% if cancelled at least 60 days prior to check-in date.
TRAVELER FRIENDLY EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. While we may not always be able to accommodate these requests, the vast majority of the time we can. As long as another guest is not departing the morning of your arrival, or arriving the afternoon of your departure, we're happy to do this.
