Breakfast was included. The furniture and fixtures were worn &/or damaged in easily visible ways. They looked like they were cheap 1950s. The bathroom had mold in every corner.

Nasty. Wouldn't be surprised if it's shutdown soon
From the moment we arrived to an abandoned front desk with nothing but a sloppy post-it note informing us someone would return in 30 minutes, to the continued neglect we experienced throughout our stay, it became very evident this hotel is strugglin' justto stay afloat! So, our regretful stay began with us having to wait in our car for over 40 mins. to see if someone would show up for work to let us into our room. When no one showed up after 40 minutes, we had no choice but to leave and kill time window shopping in their cute downtown. Upon our return, the clerk was very indifferent and didn't offer any type of apology, a welcome nor a greeting. At that point, I knew we were cooked because all other hotels in the area were sold out. This really sucked since it wasn't a cheap night's stay either and it just continued to go downhill from there! So now onto the appearance and condition of the hotel. The place is just old, outdated and neglected. The carpeting is gross, especially in our bedroom where most of it is pulled away from the walls. Our bedroom walls were disgusting as if someone shook pop cans and sprayed them on the walls. Or perhaps it was something worse, but you could definitely see something had dripped down the walls. The bathroom was pretty gross with black mold in the corners. However, nothing compared to the ultimate offense of the night; a baby roach that was hiding under the bathroom trash can that tried to run away when I lifted the trash can!

It’s fine
Check in and people were very nice but the hotel is old and needs to have some maintenance to bring back to good shape. Breakfast has pretty limited and coffee was not good. Again people were nice and room was quite. Think price was elevated based on the cross country event so I thought price was high for the level of hotel it was. Mold in the shower, so probably could use some elbow grease and would help a lot.

Property needs major upgrades. Outside needs painted. Our room had stuff all over walls, top of TV was messed up and all blacked out. Part of beds headboard was missing. Gross stains in tub. Rubber anti slip mat in tub was gross and miscolored. Most of this was discovered morning of check out when we were more aware as we came in late night before. Talked to desk staff and she basically said sorry and shrugged her shoulders. Hubby took pics...but i dont have them to add. Will if i can layer.

This hotel was in a convenient location. The cleanliness was a bit subpar. No one was at front desk when I checked in or when I was trying to check out. There was a phone on the counter with a note saying dial 0 which I had to let ring for a while.

The photos online do not match up with the conditions of the property. We went with Baymont because the brand is usually well maintained and decent facilities. However not so the case here. The brand is poorly represented building is in a unkept state so much so we wanted to look at our room before we checked in ..the room wasnt super clean just get by ok but definitely needing remodeling broken bath tile mismatched paint patch stained up lamp shades..etc. This is our very ladt time using Expedia as it turns out poorly every time.

For what they charge, worst hotel we've evah been at. Holes in the wall, water leaks in bathroom, dust everywhere. I can't believe what i paid. I'll be more than likely calling corporate

Run down roadside hotel
The hotel has seen better days. Once we got a room that had been cleaned (the original we were assigned had not), it was a place to close our eyes. Expect very little if you stay there.

Although the two staff we had interactions only one was friendly, she got us extra towels for the pool. It was obvious they were short staffed; office was empty most of the time. Food area needed cleaned better. Property has not been well kept, gaping hole to the ground around the tub, cigarette burns on bathroom counter, holes in the sheer curtain and smoking odors. Outside needs painted and ground maintenance, Web picture does NOT represent current conditions.
