A wonderful stay!

This place had everything I wanted… seclusion, a pond right off the wrap around porch, a pioneer cemetery, and pet friendly so I was able to bring my small dog. The house was clean and stocked with essentials in case we forgot anything. The tomatoes Richard brought us were delicious! Thank you Marsha & Richard for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Visit

Relaxing on the deck overlooking the pond was wonderful, as were walks on the sprawling property. Thank you to Richard and Marsha for your hospitality and for sharing your special home with us. The treats you brought us were an added bonus! I recommend this home for anyone seeking a peaceful, quiet experience that's not far from the city.

Fever getaway
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayIn town to catch 3 Fever home games. Best of both worlds….. close to downtown but far enough to feel secluded. Blue gills love red worms and caught a few nice sized bass too

Rustic Getaway
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed this unique property, tucked away in the country yet close to everything. It was so peaceful and relaxing! We enjoyed watching the turtles in the pond, the swing and the rockers on the porch. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the hosts were so easy to work with and very pleasant. We hope to stay there again!

Great Private Getaway
Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our visit at this cabin! It is a great property. The dining room windows give a great view of the pond, and the main floor deck overlooks it as well. Due to property size, it was just us and nature. Our small dog enjoyed the freedom of being able to go around off leash. Would stay here again!

The host was wonderful and attentive, and the property was well-kept.

Richard and his wife were amazing host let us in early and filled the vase's with fresh cut flowers from the garden
