First thing in room we had to request housekeeping to clean the toilet seat from previous occupants because of visible large brown marks on both sides of toilet seat. Bathroom sink faucet was so low/close to sink bowl washing hands was almost impossible - also had no water pressure. Clearly a health hazard having a faucet that gets touched by dirty hands each time also supply water for tooth brushes. Shower had no water pressure either - was a miserly trickle of water that made showering short, miserable and cold no matter what the water temperature was coming out of shower head.

We had no water pressure on the whole stay. Sunday morning we had no hot water at all I sink or shower as we left early we did. It get a shower or breakfast either. Management was not available at check out time to address these issues.

Great location
We had a great stay. Friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was perfect for traveling to different soccer venues. There is a mall across the way as well as many options for restaurants.

Better than Excellent!
One of the finest stays my husband and I've had. The price is right, but more importantly this is a 5 star plus hotel. I can't think of one thing that was missing. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, well maintained, beds and pillows are comfortable. Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!!! And, we ate at the hotel, both chicken alfredo and shrimp scampi were excellent.
