The staff was great . The condition of the room and building needed care for greatly . I could hear the people next door . Water damage above the windows and in the bathroom . Corporate really needs to do a better job on the up keep . Again the staff was great .

Old and dirty! The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the person at the front desk said that there was nobody for maintenance! We could not even take a shower because the didn't put shampoo in the room. We went to a soccer tournament and they were even having problems with us hanging in the lobby together. Horrible overall experience. Breakfast was not edible! They brought the eggs in a plastic bag, and the Coffee and orange juice were horrible. I couldn’t find myself trying to eat there.

Staff was super, but the facility lacked updating. Room carpet badly needed cleaning, Very dirty. Safety bars in bathtub needed. Entrance to parking area badly needs to be resurfaced. First floor entry to elevator has missing molding around its door.

When I got my room I was given a dirty room that had not been cleaned. Towels used, trash in room beds unmade where they had been slept in. The second room, had toe nail clippings in bathroom, food and trash behind nightstand and around bed. Absolutely dirty and horrible.
