This hotel stole my money out of my account

I gave this hotel my card and ID the night that we checked in on July 6th …. Nothing this man has said has been honest… Iwant a copy of the reservation made he has provided me with a phone number that he claims called and made the reservation but they had to have left a name. He can send to me or my bankruptcy attorney has already volunteered to go after this probono … see Ihave been out of work for a while… I came to that hotel with just a few coins to my name to see my grandson play in a tournament.. it was responsible and close to the stadium… but what money this hotel stole I had to get by giving plasma now we have absolutely nothing to eat… my bank says it could take 3 days before a dispute can happen and 10 before I know anything well we don’t have that kind of time… I lost my job trying to care for my dad… and right now everything is pending… state assistance/food stamps and we are surviving by my plasma donations and this hotel stole it … 280 dollars Out of my account so make sure you do not give them your bank card … I was there in July … they stole money to pay for someone else’s stay for Aug 8th and Aug 9th. The manager told so many different stories I don’t got confused with all the different lies. So what was it? You told hotels.com I made the reservation but told me they did but when I said I was on the phone with hotels.com now you changed it to someone called from a 317 number to make the reservation so what name did they leave? No name he said so is that nor

The location was good and the room was clean. But the hotel was very outdated. The beds were supposed to be queen size but were full and very hard. The bathroom door did not shut.

No receipt provided during checkout. Was promised a receipt by E-mail, but no receipt has been sent. I called the motel to ask, again, for a receipt. Once again, promised a receipt by E-mail. Still no receipt.

Don't stay here

It was awful! The rooms were overpainted and you could not shut the doors. Air condition was not able to work our room was hot and sticky. Breakfast was okay the whole thing smelled awful. The bed was okay. They would not do room cleaning unless you asked for it by 9:00

Good hotel

Good hotel. Breakfast was what you would expect with several options and different each day. Parking was a little dark at night.

This is quite obviously a hotel that has seen better days. They're trying, but the permeating odor of marijuana in the hallways just kind of sets the tone... The room was fine, but basically in a 'bare minimum' sort of way. The bathroom door had so many coats of paint on it that it wouldn't shut. The AC was loud and needed service. The room, as a whole, didn't smell great. Breakfast was pretty good, but the coffee tasted like low-end tap-water chemical treatments. Overall, it's a 'get what you pay for' situation. What I will say, however, is that I didn't see any bugs, so that's a thing.
