Hotel was very nice and upgraded. I didn’t care for the Bistro where everything is ala cart. I don’t care for hotels that charge for coffee in the morning unless made in the room. Otherwise very nice, clean and safe hotel.

Some hiccups within the room

The heat took a very long time to work, then there was a malfunction with the smoke detectors in the room kept alarm and nobody in our room smokes, they said moving to another room wasn’t possible due to the hotel becoming completely booked

The hotel was clean and staff helpful and friendly! No complaints about our stay. Saying that, I would also say that there wasn’t anything special about our room and that I DO think it was a bit overpriced. We had considered staying a second night but decided not to due to cost.

The property facilities were great. There were charges for food and beverages on my bill that we didn’t make as we did not eat at the hotel at the hotel. I was told by the desk person that the manager would correct the charges. The charges have not been corrected and I have not been contacted about the correction either. I’m now going to have to dispute those charges with my credit card company.
