Would never stay there again. Just an awful experience

The hotel itself was beautiful and fun (with the train cars right there in the hotel) but the absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were efficient and kind- that perfect blend of professional and friendly.

There is construction going around the whole property, very dusty and it’s right on the train station so while you are sleeping, it gets interesting
