Night manager was rude when my key wouldnt work she said i woke her up! Very disappointing.

Staff not available most times of the day, bed not very sturdy, no blow dryer or iron in room

Never staying here again

When I first came in the worker was nice when greeting me. I did a quick walkthrough of the room then we had to leave for a graduation. We came in late and that’s when I noticed the floor sticky, dirty floor with dust, everything outdated and it just felt uncomfortable. Also the sheets was cleaned but had lots of stains on them. I went downstairs to call for room service but no one answered the after hours phone. Next day we got up early so we can get out the room and we started getting dressed and needed more towels. They stated we would be charged $1.50 per towel which is crazy for towels that has been used and washed and has stains on them. We left and got dressed at a family member’s house. When we came back my daughter said she seen a bug and killed it but didn’t know what kind of bug. 10 minutes later we see a huge cockroach crawling up wall. I had enough at this point. I talked to lady downstairs and she said she will move us rooms and to come back in an hour. I come back and move everything in new room. It was our last night and I couldn’t wait to check out let’s not mention the smell in hallways & elevator of a stinking dog and dog poop the entire stay. The next morning I talked to manager and all he could say was they have measures in place with a rodent company to prevent roaches and that he’s sorry. No credit for everything that I been through NOTHING! I will never book here again.

The place was ok. No bugs but definitely not cleaned or sanitized. The bathroom smelled like urine and the bathtub looked like it was not scrubbed in 5 years. There were a couple times I wanted to go to my car but some crack head was falling asleep standing in the front entrance way. The check in staff was a bit attitudey but I think it was just the way she was. I was cracking jokes w her at her implies to lighten the mood. Definitely need to be there before 10 pm to check in !
