I got bit by bed bugs so I am disappointed about that also there is a 50.00 deposit that is not mentioned no were on this website and still has not yet been refunded back to my credit card.

Where do I start?! First, the hotel constantly smells like someone is smoking marijuana. We get into our room and there is no toilet paper, no sheets on the bed, no towels, not even a T.V. remote. They switched our rooms instead of putting what was needed into the original room which was no fine, no big deal to me. HOWEVER! Sunday morning at 1:32 a.m. me and my children get woken up by someone trying to get into our room! The lady who checked us in NEVER SWITCHED US OVER IN THE COMPUTER SO THEY CHECKED SOMEONE INTO THE ROOM WHICH SWITCHED TO!!! Yes the gentlemen working that night apologized for the inconvenience, it wasn't his fault at all as he wasn't the one that checked us in but still, good grief. The toilets look like they haven't ever been clean, no bathroom mirror, the bathtub is broken and there is no breakfast or pool. There are mattresses in the pool area, NOT a pool...... don't check in here unless you're a drug dealer or absolutely desperate.

The room had multiple cockroaches on the bed and in the refrigerator. I was there for about 30 minutes before deciding to leave. Asked the guy at the front desk for a refund. He said that it would appear on my account in about 2-3 Business Days. Needless to say, I have yet to see it and it's been a few weeks now.

Had to ask for towels, blankets,and repair outlets for c-pap equipment. Behind toilet the molding was broken and showed hole in the walls. Look like rodents could visit us in the night. Wife felt very uncomfortable.
