By far, hands down, one of the best hotel experiences I've had. For this father-son football trip to Indianapolis, everyting from the welcoming and genuine front staff and managers to the very kind and helpful employees we ran into to the cleanliness and comfort of this Fairfield Hotel made our Colts weekend one we will always remember. Add another note-walking to Lucas Oil Stadium was just a 10 minute stroll, and having the walkway connected to the convention center which ends right at Lucas Oil, made the 20° cold walk that much nicer. We'll definitely be back! Thanks Fairfield crew!

No one at front desk when arrived; waited too long. Charged for full valet when told it would only be 10 dollars as the 35 dollar self parking was included in my ticket. Room was outdated and no restaurant on site.

Of all of my travels and stays in many hotels all over the USA this location was the easiest transaction ever as far as check in and check out. From the time Britney greeted me at the desk upon check in to the amazing breakfast and access to museums I've decdi8ed upon my return I'll stay at this same property. I encountered very few staff but those who I did were very friendly and helpful/. The rooms very very clean spacious and the view of teh museum park inspired me to spend a day at Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art. which was unplanted but a huge plus to my visit. The hotel is walking distance to many Indianapolis downtown restaurants which most if were closed due to the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Over all my highest recommendation! Thank you
