If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would! First, my husband and I arrived around 11pm and when we tried to check in we were informed we didn't have a reservation. Turns out he just didn't listen when I spelled my last name and entered it incorrectly. Once we finally got to the room, all seemed well until we realized the bed area of our room was overly small and the bed itself was pushed almost completely up against the A/C unit on one side, making it incredibly difficult to get in and out of. On the other side, was a small closet that had a night stand blocking half of the door so you had to push things to that side instead of accessing it. All of this so they could have a useless second tv and couch area that was far too big given the lack of space for the bed. However, the worst part of our stay had to be when we checked out and were hit with a fraudulent $350 smoking charge. Which is impossible considering neither of us smoke. The "data" they provided to prove this charge was completely suspect at best. Beware to anyone choosing to stay there! Only pay with a credit card so you can refute their baseless charges.

My stay was relaxing when i relaxed fun when i wanted activities food is amazing and the staff was comforting

Great location! We were able to safely walk downtown and we shopped and ate at great restaurants! Gainbridge was a12 minute walk. Room was great, no issues and breakfast was delicious!
