Hôtel bien positionné, mais très mal entretenu. Le prix est trop élevé pour l’état de l’hôtel. Ça ne ressemble pas aux autres Hampton que j’ai eu l’opportunité de rester. C’est a l’image d’Indianapolis. La ville s’est dégradée avec le temps. J’aurai espéré que le Hampton aurait conservé ses standards de beauté et qualité malgré l’état de la ville. Mais ce n’est malheureusement pas le cas.

Comfortable stay. Clean room. Would gladly return. Could hear a good bit of street noise despite being on 6th floor, but may have been louder than usual due to a race in town at the same time.

It was so so

Hotel cleanliness is 7 out of 10. We booked a room with 2 beds, we get to our room 1 bed. Go back downstairs and explained. Clerk said is was our 3rd party fault. I said no, I have the reservation confirmation & showed it to him. He 1srsaid sorry, we dont have anything else. I said its not our problem. Find us a 2 bed room. After a lengthy wait, he found one. After an hour we finaly got in our room.

Centrally located property close to a great assortment of cocktail bars and restaurants. This is the second time I have stayed at this property, and what a difference a year makes. This property is filthy and very much in need of the remodel they will receive in October. The second-floor breakfast was a combination of stale pastries and inedible eggs with "bacon" and cold/dry potatoes. All of this was overshadowed by three very loud staff members who were more interested in complaining about their jobs than actually doing them. I will look for another place to stay the next time I am in town.

Valet staff was very friendly, and check out staff was too. But the check in staff was not friendly or welcoming.
