It was ok
Publié le 17 sept. 2024 sur HotelsIt was alright hotel was nice enough they forced everyone to use valet parking even though the garage was basically empty it seemed. Room service was only every other day so we had full trash cans and only two towels per room for 3 people. We even asked room service if we could have more but they apparently didnt understand what we were asking for.

Everything was very good. I'd like to express much appreciation for Sabrina. She parks the cars. I came from St. Louis to attend a Fever game last Wednesday. I couldn't get my uber app to work. She helped with that and after the game I called her and she arraigned for a return Uber. I've never seen service like that. And everyone was pleasant and attentive.

Exceptionally clean and fresh hotel from lobby to room. No weird smells. Tastefully furnished. Larger TV than most. Valet staff were super nice. Street noise is the only complaint.
