Severely disorganized

This hotel is under construction and that significantly decreased the organization and service offered. The current layout and signs rerouting guests are extremely confusing and not made better by the help at the front desk.

Tried to switch bed sizes

Was disappointed right from the start I paid for a king bed and they gave me a room with a double bed on a renovated floor. I was not concerned about the renovation I wanted a king size bed which seemed to disappoint them. I was then given the proper room on an older floor. The web site never said they were in a renovation mode which I feel that should have been stated on the site

Not great…but not bad!

Was in town for my daughter to go to a concert. The staff were excellent, the location of the hotel was terrific, and it was inexpensive. BUT…the hotel is in dire need of a remodel. Has some cool older elements, but needs some refreshing, particularly the hall carpets and the guest rooms.

Hotel was under construction. Had no idea. Whole lobby was closed. The ‘front desk’ was a folding table by the elevator with 2 people working. Got our room key and went to the room, which our door was left open. It was clean but weird that the door was open, especially with a kids sports team there on our floor. Hotel was falling apart. Again all clean, but room and bathroom were in a bad state or upkeep. Stains on the carpet in the hallways, ice/vending area on the floor was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS. Never would have stayed here if I knew it was under construction. BEWARE. The construction looks like it’s big and going to take a while

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The staff and valet were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. The hotel was under construction which was loud and inconvenient - more so for the staff than visitors. The breakfast was very good.
