Un peu bruyant

I thought the hotel was bigger and the room had a lived in smell. The staff was nice, helped, and I changed the linens. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves even though the pool was small. Hotel was a bit pricey.

Overall, great quality, cleanliness comfort and service. The only downfall would be breakfast not being complimentary, but would definitely stay here again!

The Hilton Garden Inn has never offered a complimentary breakfast, but we do have packages that include it within the room rate. Please ask us about or bed and breakfast rate the next time your travels brings you to the Carmel area!

At the chexk out in the morning, there was no receptionist for 5 minutes. And she didn't send me the reciept by email.

I am so very sorry to hear about your experience. Booking with Expedia your receipt comes from them, not the hotel. I certainly will look into why our front desk agent was not at the desk. Please reach out to the hotel directly if there is anything else we can do to assist.
