Hôltel très confortable
Publié le 7 déc. 2015 sur HotelsArrivée très tardive (23h00), et pourtant accueil très chaleureux. Chambre grande et silencieuse malgré l'autoroute à côté ; excellente insonorisation !
Seul bémol : le petit déj s'arrête à 9h00 ; il ne faut pas trainer.

Publié le 24 août 2014 sur HotelsA proximité d'une sortie d'autoroute mais aucun bruit, assez loin d'Indianapolis, très grande suite, avec cuisine toute équipée avec grand réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et ustensile pour cuisiner, coin salle à manger, coin salon, très grand lit, salle d'eau. Piscine très bien chauffée et jacuzzi, petite salle de sport, petit déjeuner très simple, le + : plat du jour offert du lundi au jeudi de 17 h à 19 h.

Keys kept getting desactivated. Receptionist that was there on Saturday was terrible. She may needs to learn about customer service.
Will not be returning back

I have stayed at this property dozens of times over the years. It's still in decent condition but it needs a little TLC. More concerning than that is their staff. They either need to train their employees on customer service or replace them.

We paid extra for breakfast. No breakfast or coffee was provided. The breakfast person was a no show was the excuse. The front desk person told me to make coffee in my room except part of the coffee pot was missing. No partial refund was offered by management. Very unprofessional staff and poor experience.

Could have been better.

Our room had a cleaning rag left on the floor, the air in one of our rooms wasn't working very well and the ceiling fan was broken. For the cost of over $300, the rooms should be in better condition. Breakfast was okay. Well stocked. Would have liked bacon instead of sausage at least one of the days but that is preference only.

The receptionist was very helpful & friendly. Unfortunately our room had one bed with a broken frame. We reported it and nobody came to fix it. The room was not cleaned very well and had garbage on the floor when we arrived. The jacuzzi was also broken and the pool had stuff floating in it.

Disaster
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsNo sleep! The room next yo us paeties until almost 2AM. We called the front desk 3 times and asked for the issue to be taken care of. But it was not. In the morning, I asked for a refund and was told because I booked through Hotels.com, I couldn't be refunded and that is why I should have called the hotel directly.
