Unacceptably changed our room!
We booked a "two queen beds" room and when we got up to the room we found we were put into a room with a king bed and pull out sofa bed. Went and talked to the front desk clerk and she said since they are fully booked and we went through a third party that this can happen. Said they can switch you to a equivalent or upgrade room. So they claimed it was an upgraded room just because it has a king sized bed and a bedroom door. But that meant someone was going to have to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed. This is very rude and frustrating. I had this room booked three weeks beforehand and no courtesy call asking if we would be willing to switch or notifying us of a change even. I picked the room specifically so no one was having to sleep uncomfortably.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were enough elevators so I never had to wait and extended period of time to catch a ride. A wonderful experience overall!
