Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house nestled in the heart of Indianapolis. Perfectly situated for both business and leisure travelers, our charming house offers comfort and convenience for your stay in Indy.

As you make your way to our house, you may notice that the road leading to our detached garage has characteristically Hoosier-sized potholes. While these bumps and divots might seem like a small inconvenience, we like to think of them as a friendly reminder that you’re truly experiencing authentic Indy living. Embrace the rhythm of the road and take it as a testament to the resilience of our city! **Low profile cars should avoid the alleyway to our garage and should utilize street parking instead.**

Inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living space, thoughtfully furnished for relaxation after a long day. Sink into the plush sofas and unwind with your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or gather around the dining table for a delicious meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up home-cooked meals. Whether you're brewing a morning cup of coffee or cooking up a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

Marching Band Nationals
We enjoyed our very short stay. The location was great. The neighborhood looks like it’s up and coming. The house right across the street peaked my children’s interest, they had never seen a burned house.The neighbors were very nice, a dog was barking at us and it’s owner apologized and tried to calm it.The house itself was cute and perfect for our family. The only thing I saw and wanted to clean were Cobb webs.

The house was very clean and comfortable for our overnight stay to visit my son who recently moved to Indy. Will definitely stay here again if it is available when we come back for another visit. Very close to lots of great restaurants and shops in Fountain Square.

Swim stay for Master's swim meet and Olympic swim trials in Indy.
The outside and inside of the house are adorable. The house is very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great for us. The neighborhood is slowly getting remodeled and we did park in the garage. Very quiet neighborhood with no issues. We would definitely stay there again. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Loved the interior. Very comfortable. There was 3 of us.

Quick overnight stay with 2 kids (3 and 5 year olds) in Indy. Place was clean, directions were easy. Not the greatest neighborhood, but we knew that going into it.

Stayed here during our trip to the Indy 500. It was well stocked, slept 5 adults comfortably, and had quick access to downtown. Jacqueline was super friendly and very responsive with all communication. Everything was as described. I wish all Vrbo experiences could be as seamless as this one was :) Thank you!

Great house for Conventions
This was a solid home base for our time working a convention. Host was very responsive and supportive for our stay. Place was well kept and clean. Neighborhood was a little run down but we didn't have any problems other than occasionally trying to find parking in the street out front. The backstreet was incredibly bumpy but we had an SUV so it was no problem. Would stay here again!

I loved Cindy as a host. She thought of everything including treats for the dogs. The house is well equipped with the little things you don't think about or want to go out and buy just for a few days. The house was clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in that area again.

We selected this house because the pictures were great and the price was good. The host always responded within a few hours of messaging and was very helpful with all my concerns! I say this place was very neat because it was extremely clean but also super trendy. The decor has made me want to redo things in my own home! So cool. Whenever we make it back to Indiana we will definitely look up Cindy again. Thank you again (for the 100th time)!

Great House and Great Host
The house is nice, was really clean, and set up for a great stay. stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, which is nice when traveling with children. The host was very responsive and helpful!
