You get what you pay for a bit. The hotel has all the amenities and bare necessities you would want. But there was not always someone at the front desk if an issue arose. Everyone was helpful when they were there though.

Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Charged me $35 for an early check-in even though he stated they had rooms available. Never answered my messages I sent before checking in asking questions about the property. And the incidental hold wasn’t released and charged me $100 and hasn’t returned to my account like the front desk person said it would. Won’t be staying here ever again!

Room was extremely dirty, there was crumbs behind the headboard meaning that it wasn’t cleaned. Also room had a strong chemical smell. Had to open window in order to get some air circulating

The bedding and shower curtain were dirty and/or stained. The bathtub was gross, and there were used towels hanging from the door when we came in - definitely not used by us. The screen was partially off the window to outside and kept banging against the wind all night. Not a pleasant place to stay.

We stayed 4nights and didn’t get our room cleaned or clean towels even though we asked. We finally went to pick up towels but never had the room cleaned. The hallway had everyone’s trash bags and towels bc they too didn’t get service

Property was in poor condition, and the room did not feel the cleanest. Bed sheets had stains as well as the Towels. Moved to the hotel from another to be closer to an event I was attending and regrated it, wished I would have just dealt with the 50-minute drives I was originally facing.
