Hotel needs update!!

From desk was awsome Great customer service. Rooms were dirty ,towels had a smell to them . Breakfast was awful .......

The rooms were super clean however after First night went to the front desk on the second day to ask why my room was not clean from previous. I was told they only clean rooms every three days that was a little alarming.

Room was not the cleanest. Staff was nice.

Room had an odor to it when we walked in. Asked front desk if they had any air freshener but it didn’t really help. Bed covers had light stains that looked like they weren’t washed fully out yet. New towels were slightly damp as if they weren’t fully dried in the laundry. Storage drawer had food crumbs (like Fritos) Walls are utility grey and cool white LED lights make it feel more like a cinder block room than a hotel. Beds were OK at best. Could barely see out the dirty window into the view of the parking lot. I’d say it’s ok for a one night airport layover but that’s about it. Staff was friendly though.

Overall the stay was okay but It was difficult to get extra or additional towels. I asked to have my room cleaned on multiple occasions and when I returned to the room the room was not cleaned. Staff was friendly.

No basics in the room. i.e no iron Carpet clearly not vacuumed regularly. Pillows smelled like old cigarette smoke. Not attendant regularly seen. Elevator super old and slow, I wonder every time if it would stop. I could hear everyone’s conversations in their rooms.
