Comfortable and great location
Publié le 17 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location and comfortable. Roomy. Wish it had a dresser in the bedroom. We were woken up at 1am from loud, booming music and screaming voices on a Thursday night. Lasted until past 2:30 even with us pounding on the wall. Contacted host the next day for advice but were told they couldn't do anything as it was another short term rental unit. Fortunately it didn't happen the next night.

Great central location.

Only downside to that is that you need to renew parking every 5 hours on the app but there are plenty parking lots nearby where you dont need to do that. Very comfortable beds which is usually an issue for me.

Easy walk to Convention Center
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HomeAwayStaying at the host property was an amazing time! Each day I was able to walk to/from the convention center with no problems. There were plenty of food options around for dinner. The property was as described and perfectly clean. My only issue was there was no lighting in the bedroom. There was a lamp provided but it would flicker on/off each time it was on and it honestly didn't provide much light to begin with. Therefore, I used natural light when available and used my cell phone for light early in the morning and late at night. However, I wasn't in the room much so it wasn't a big bother. Yet, if you plan on being in the property for extended periods of time, it would be a concern. Overall, if I find myself in Indy again I would stay right back at this property!

The sweet spot
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayQuiet place to stay. Room was clean. Only 2 blocks from Gainbridge Arena. Lots of parking ramps with 1 block of this location. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Great atmosphere and people. Would stay again!

Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect location for where we needed. Apartment was clean, just a little dusty. The only complaint we all had was the bedroom lights did not work in either bedroom.

Safe and secure access. Conveniently located to the Convention Center. Many restaurants close by.
