I got a double queen room and the beds were very comfortable. However, the glass door that is used to close off the closet or bathroom (one door that slides) was very noisy when sliding it. Metal scraping against glass. Really annoying. The shower was nice and the hotel itself was good. Not great. For the price I paid I expected more. The room was basic. I did not use the cleaning service except for one day. They left a dirty glass and didn't replace it with a clean one. And by the elevators, there was a piece of popcorn that stayed on the floor for the entier 4 days I was there. Not very good cleaning staff. On my first day, the toilet seat would not stay up. I called and they fixed it that day so maintenance seems to be fine. I did not feel like I had a luxury or even close to luxury experience. It felt like a red roof inn or something like that...
