I didn’t get my deposit back bc it was a stain in the tub and so they said blood on the bed which none are mine I don’t appreciate how I was treated

Poor facilities and loud dogs
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsStaff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Location is convenient. The facility itself is in poor condition. My bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was worn out with a huge dip that caused me to roll toward the side of the bed. It was hard on my back. The room was consistently humid and smelled of mildew. The room looked clean on the surface, but I sanitized all the surfaces myself to be sure. The shower curtain didn't fit the shower, so it was a fight to keep it closed while showering so the floor didn't get soaked. The shower curtain bar had been repaired, but no one bothered to fix the paint, leaving it with an uncared for appearance. The toilet stool seat and lid were broken and loose. Worst of all, there were lots of dogs (including big dogs) in the hotel that barked incessantly, especially late at night. It was difficult to sleep or even watch TV from all the noise. There were always strange folks hanging around outside in the parking lot.

Cockroaches in my room. Toilet gurgled when other rooms flushed. Avoid at all costs. I will be requesting a refund.

Outdated facility with a questionable operating elevator. Rooms and halls were filthy and noises all night. Staff was very pleasant but would not recommend for any family.
