Great location
Posted Jul. 24, 2023 on HomeAwayIt is a one bedroom with a queen bed. If more than a couple sleeps there the options are an uncomfortable sleeper sofa or an air mattress. It is on the second floor so when the upstairs neighbor runs on his treadmill at 4:30 am it is quite disturbing! The location on the river is nice and the exercise room is well-equipped. The complex is close to shopping malls and restaurants.

Fantastic place

Great for a couple!
Posted Jun. 19, 2023 on HomeAwayThe apartment was clean and quiet. It had a relaxing atmosphere, but would have been better for a couple than a family. It’s listed as sleeps 4. However, I would say only 3. My one year old was in a pack and play we brought. There wouldn’t have been room for two kids on the couch/futon.
The kitchen was easy to cook in, but needed more dishes for a family of 4.
The bathroom was spacious and clean! The water pressure was perfect and we had plenty of hot water for all 4 of us.
I’d like to recommend black out shades in the bedroom. It was incredibly bright in the bedroom to try to sleep, even after dark because of parking lot lights.
The pool was fun!! It wasn’t heated which was a surprise to me, but my kids didn’t seem to mind.
The view off the balcony was so peaceful and beautiful!

Thanks for choosing to stay with us, Sarah! Your review is very misleading to other potential guests. There is an air mattress located in the bedroom closet. There are also plenty of dishes for a small family, accommodating 4 individuals. We wished you would have reached out to us during your stay as we are always available if you would need anything or had concerns. We reached out several times and your response was always "everything is great." As Premier Hosts, we always do our best to keep communication open with our guest to ensure a great experience. It's sad to say but this guest missed the mark.

A lovely setting for a moms night getaway!
Posted May 22, 2023 on HomeAwayMy best friend, and I stayed at this property, and as soon as we walked in, we were met with call mean meditation, music, and a beautiful and peaceful ambience. The apartment was clean and very relaxing. I really enjoyed the books that were left to enjoy. They have a super cute fun backdrop wall that we enjoyed taking selfies with! In it’s always a tossup to stay in an apartment, but we were not disturbed by any neighbors, loud noises. The balcony overlooking the water was incredibly peaceful. The only downfall was that it was a little messy from being so close to the trees. But tis nature right! I would definitely stay here again.
