Horrible check in experience

Place was ok. Low budget & offered the bare minimum. Charged high security deposit. Desk clerk/manager was rude. He kept asking if I had pets. I sd NO. He asked if I had cat. He asked if I had dog. No pets, I explained room for adults. A US soldier. He sd I dont care who it's for. I explained I already paid for room for humans and I don't have pets. Then he sd OK then U can stay. The crazy thing is this location takes pets and charges a deposit and pet fee so I don't understand what the issue was. We had just gotten off a plane and didn't have pets which I explained to him

Reported an issue with front office about leak, was advised by management if we said anything else about. A leak we would have to leave. Maintenance said he fixed issue all he done was caulked around tub however we have video and pics of issue that was never resolved. Also asked double bed during atya and was told we stick with one Queen bed. A couple staff members were very nice however management very rude , disresp ctful, don't care about guest issues or what damage to guest property occurs but I'm already begin legal action

The bathroom door didn’t sit properly in the frame so the door couldn’t close, let alone lock, and the wet towels from the previous guest(s) were still in the room
