Room was not ready a few hours after check in. A lot of upset customers in the lobby after check in, all waiting for rooms. The shower was dirty and the comforter had stains on it. The breakfast was $22 for 3 items in the buffet and it was honestly kind of gross. This was just not a great experience with Sheraton and we would book somewhere else next time.

The front desk associate was good and personable. The only issue we had was a constant dripping noise coming through the vent. We had to turn the fan on high and add constant sleeping noice to drown out the noise.

Loved the location and vibe. Room was cozy and clean. Loved the access to the fashion mall. Was mostly quiet even with youth soccer teams staying there. Coffee at the cafe was excellent.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for over 15 years!! Live the pool area However nit acceptable to sit outside on the pool deck!! Some kid threw something over the balcony, and now NOONE CAN SIT IUTSIDE!!!!??? Unacceptable! Plus you NIW HAVE TO PAY 18.00 for parking!!!??? Unacceptable this is not a hotel that’s downtown!

We have been charging for parking for the last 5+ years, and we also apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Staff were over and above friendly and helpful. Everything was comfortable and easy. My only wonder was why it took so long to get hot water in the shower? It would come with patience. But it was an excellent stay and thank you!
