They contacted us to know at what time we would arrive. We have them the hour and when we arrived no one was here, the door was closed and no one inside. We rang at the door but still no answer. We knocked and same : no answer. There was 3 numbers at the door to contact them but as I come from France my phone couldn’t call an American number so no way to contact them by phone. I rang again and again waiting for 20 minutes on the porch with my luggage and still no one. We were desperate. We paid for a room, we gave them the time of our arrival they said it was ok, but still we were outside very tired and angry. This is a shame. We had to find another hotel to be able to sleep. I sent them an email to tell them that it was a shame and they said that we didn’t come !!!! That we probably went at the wrong address !!!! When you make a mistake apologize instead of being mean and a liar. We were at the right address with the name on it, we saw by the window what was inside and even tried to open the door at the right side of the house and opened the first door at the front to knock on the second one. Such a shame I’m traveling since almost 30 years and it never happened. They are non competent, and even worse they are mean and irresponsible !!! Letting two women at night outside and not taking their responsibilities. Shame on you. Gonna contact Expedia as soon as I return home to explain this awful experience.
