This hotel has friendly staff, excellent restaurants on-site and nearby and spacious rooms. Highly recommended if you’re planning on attending an event downtown or looking for a pleasant stay.

It was fine, but....

Hard to get the heater to kick in. Phone wasnt working to call front desk. Called number on website and it went in circles ao had to walk down to desk. Bathroom sink didnt drain properly. Maintenance man was very nice but had him up 2 of the 3 nights to address issues. I understand they will be renovating which is needed.

Charged $40 a day for parking on grounds in downtown Indy. The in/out fee for leaving and coming back is over $40 as well. I have two random $100 charges on my bank account, neither of which were disclosed when I booked/extended my room. I just wished that the additional fees were explained ahead. And with the shower floor having brown/gray soap scum on it upon arrival, I have better conditions at home in this boutique hotel. Overall I nice place to stay in downtown Indy but as a frequent traveler, overpriced.

Ok

Check in was at 4. We arrived 30 minutes early and the room wasn’t ready. We finally checked in at about 420. Don’t get there early because they won’t let you check in until 4. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location for Lucas Oil Stadium. The was clean, the staff was friendly enough, but this hotel was very over priced for what you get. Find something else that doesn’t cost so much.

Great location, easy reach to good restaurants, and the hotel bar is cozy at night. I have stayed at the hotel, a couple of times and happy that it’s now part of the Bonvoy family. For me, the beds need a soft mattress topper they are way too firm.

I’m going give this hotel 3.5 stars. Great location and friendly staff. Check-in was quick and easy and so was valet, both at check-in and check-out. The hotel itself is clean; Plat 99 has a cool vibe with lots of natural light. What we didn’t appreciate was the low water pressure from the rain shower head and lackluster breakfast at Plat 99, despite a wonderful lunch the day before. Also, our mini fridge in the room was old and hard to operate so we lost our steak leftovers from dinner due to the fridge not being cold at all. I assume the price per night is based on location, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

Hotel staff is friendly and always willing to help. The location is top tier with multiple dinning options in the vicinity. The residential side of the hotel is spacious and mostly quiet. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
