Trendy Loft Condo near Mass Ave with FREE parking

rendy downtown loft with tons of natural light overlooks the Downtown skyline and Mass Ave food and bar distract. This amazing place is within walking distant to everything one would need. Shopping, food and fun. Also at the foot of the Monon Trail.

This is a studio as noted in the pictures, we do allow up to 4 guests but please bring an air mattress as we do not want guests sleeping on the couch. Thanks!

One night in Indianapolis
Perfect studio loft for our short stay in Indianapolis. The condo was clean with a comfortable king size bed and a nice sleeper sofa for our 10yro.

Very Comfortable and Safe!
I was alone so safety was extra important to me. I never felt uncomfortable with the area or within the building. It was the perfect amount of space for just me, but this is a great space for a small family as well. I loved how convenient it was to park and check in. I absolutely loved that the convention center was not far away at all either. I’m glad I found this listing and I would recommend anyone stay here.

Weekend for two
This place was exactly what we needed for a weekend away in Indy. We were able to get our walk in everyday. So many places to eat close by. We liked RALSTON’s for dinner. Had a great breakfast at Wild Eggs and brunch at The Oakmont was two thumbs up. Clean, in a great area and easy to check in and out of. Would recommend and for sure would stay again.

My husband so enjoyed our stay while we were in town for the Indy 500. It was a lovely place to came back to after a very long day. We appreciated all of the communication that our hosts offered. We fully plan to return.

Great stay in Indy
My husband stayed downtown Indianapolis for a concert. This condo was great! Easy check in process, clean, comfortable bed, and in a good neighborhood. It's walking distance (maybe 10min) to the Garage Food Hall. We took an uber to Lucas Oil Stadium. We would definitely stay here again.

Its a must stay!
The room was very spacious. The full kitchen super convenient, as well as the location in town. Our host replied quickly and communicated clearly. I will definitely be using this again next time i come to indy!!

comfortable and good location
the apartment was exactly as described. clean and organized. close to a variety of restaurants. great location if you have a bike. bed was very comfortable. the only real issue was the city had fort wayne avenue blocked off from several adjoining streets for some reason (never saw any work going on) so the uber drivers had a difficult time figuring out how to get to the address. hopefully that nonsense will be over soon. enjoyed St. Elmo's and toured the Indiana Medical History Museum (on the grounds of what once was Central State Hospital). so if your a history person and in the medical field, it's a very interesting place. would have no problem staying at this location again in the future.

I pretty only stayed in the property to sleep since I was spending time at a convention, but I could have spent way more time there. The apartment is kept up very well and is tidy and clean

Great Little Spot
The space is open and very clean. There was plenty of room for the two of us that stayed. Everything was very clean and comfortable. So happy with our stay and would absolutely love the chance to stay again when in the area.
