There are too few luggage carts for what is essentially a residential hotel. People use them for groceries, laundry, and other large items as well as temporary guests who need them for luggage. I had to carry four days' supplies to the 4th floor both checking in and checking out.

Thank you for your review of our property. We appreciate your business. We have to service all guest regardless of if you're staying 1 night or 100 nights. Everyone is important to us and I apologize the carts were in use during the times you needed them. I do hope your stay was great!!

After hours staff was helpful with switching rooms for me since the ac didn't work. The front desk clerks were always friendly and welcoming. The rooms was decent. I didn't mind but, cleaning doesn't happen but once a month so you'll need to take your own trash to the dumpster out back and ask for a broom if needed. There are no cleaning supplies so, if you're staying a week or more, you may want to bring an all purpose cleaner, paper towels and dish washing utensils. There are no dishes, pots and pans or silverware provided but you do have a sink, cabinets, microwave, stove top and fridge. Only coffee available in the lobby in the mornings. No free breakfast. It was a decent stay all in all.

Upon arrival around midnight, a girl gets out of the backseat of a very nice car wearing very short cutoff bluejean shorts and fishnet stockings. A young very happy looking man gets out the other side of the backseat and they head inside. Thats just the start. Had to wait for someone to come down to check us in and felt very unsafe with the clientele just hanging out at the entrance. Got in the room and the safety lock was broken and hanging. The floor was very sticky and the mattress was dirty. The sheets and pillowcases appeared to be clean. AC was not on so it was very hot and it had a terrible stench throughout the hallways and rooms. After showering the next morning, I got my towel wet and cleaned the floor dragging towel with my feet. I wish I could post a picture of how dirty the towel was. I left it at the front desk and told them I cleaned their floors for them. I've stayed in many, many hotels with work and this by far was the worst. Got a room at a Holiday Inn Express for the second night and will be asking for my money back for the second night at this dump. Please believe all of the terrible reviews this place gets. I didn't and paid for it.

Tv didn’t work and was told it’s not their problem that they would need to call cable guy for me. In two days cable guy never showed up. Hallways smelled really really horrible almost like pets went washroom and the carpet has never been washed. People above me making crazy loud noises at midnight and 2 am both nights with no help from front desk. Fire alarm went off at 8 am one night and was a false alarm. This is my first review ever, I usually keep to myself but this was my worst stay at a hotel in 10 years so I just have to say something. Location was good and staff tried to help at times but overall not a good place to stay. I will never come back unless big changes are made.

Dear Nicholas, I want to apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. I do also want to clear up a few things. I'm not sure who stated anything about a cable guy, because we don't have such statement. You booked a pet friendly, extended stay hotel which allows pets. The alarm that went off wasn't false at all and a problem in a room occurred. We again want to apologize and hopefully you'll give us another try.

From the outside the property looks nice. The price was good. Staff was inattentive and not even there most of the time. No amenities were provided, you had the option to purchase pots and pans and other things at the front desk. We did not have a shower curtain, and no house keeping unless requested. Bathroom sink was clogged and no one came to fix it. And to top it all off, two men walked into our room without knocking, with their own key card. After that, our key cards did not work anymore and again, no staff on site to fix it.

The place was great and the staff were fantastic, the only thing that let it down was the wifi. Even if you pay for the super fast option it is very very slow and you can’t use it to stream or have online calls

I liked one employee (Demetrious) he helped me mop the floor in the room when i arrived. I hated everything else about this property. Refused to check me in after hours even though i was with kids and thevpol8cy states 24 hr check in. Marijuana is abundant here and they know about it based on the signs asking people to stop smoking. Ramen noodles stuck to bedroom wall and ceiling. Smells like dog urine and body odor throughout the property. L9bby bathroom l9cked 24 hrs a day. Towels should have been tossed a year ago. No screen on 2nd floor window, door security larmtch broken, absolutely horrible stay. My first bad review ever.
