Luxurious desert living at it's finest! This 2600 sq. ft. newly renovated home boasts a backyard paradise with a large heated swimming pool/spa, generous sectional sofa, a 10-seater dining table, hammock, BBQ, and fire pit. Brand new beds and linens, a Chef's kitchen, pool table, board games and office nook. Conveniently located nearby to PGA West Golf, Coachella, Joshua Tree, shopping and restaurants. This home has it all! There is even an orange tree in the backyard! Lasting memories are made here!

The space
Every luxurious bedroom has brand new comfy beds, new high end pillows, duvets and crisp, white high thread count sheets.

A game room with a pool table and plenty of board games will definitely keep everyone happily entertained.

The pool/spa heating is automated and controlled by remote for your convenience. Pool/spa heating is included with your stay at no extra charge.

Guests have access to the entire home minus one closet designated for the cleaning crew.

Great Stay in Palm Springs
I don' think I could say enough about how great this property was. Check-in was easy, communication with host almost immediate and most importantly the house and property was really clean! This was also one of the very few rentals we have had that everything in the house, pool and backyard worked. We never had to contact the host once. If you are staying in Indio I would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect house to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday.
We couldn’t have chosen a better house to stay in to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday with 9 of her friends. First and foremost, the property host was awesome. She was right on top of things when we had a couple mishaps and needed Something fixed that the kids had accidentally broken. We had a wonderful time and they never got bored because of all the fun things to do there. During the day they had fun with the outdoor pool, outdoor games, hammock, a barbecue, basketball hoop out front, etc . In the later evening after quiet time hours they had so many things to do inside the house. The red pool table was a definite hit, as well as all the board games and movies, and because the house was so big there were lots of places to relax for downtime. The whole house is very spacious, clean, everything updated and has all the amenities we needed. We loved the added nice touch of toothbrushes and toothpaste provided for guests as well as a nice gift basket basket upon arrival.

Fantastic house for our girls golfing getaway
From the moment we reserved, the communication from the owner was helpful and prompt. All the pre-stay info made arrival so smooth. When walked through the front door, we were delighted to find the home as described without any unknowns or extras. All the little details like the welcome bubbles were such a nice touch. The backyard was a haven at the end of the golfing day with the hot tub and pool and well equipped outdoor living space. The kitchen had everything a chef could want and made eating at home a pleasure that we cancelled a couple dinner reservations. Bed mattresses and linens were very comfortable for tired golfing bodies. We are looking forward to returning for our next Palm Desert golfing getaway.

We have a fantastic time at this property. There were 8 of us with plenty of room for all. Backyard is a great layout with a nice pool and hot tub. Plenty of seating areas and a good balance of soft spaces with the artificial turf and the concrete around the pool. Location was perfect right near shopping and groceries, not too far out of Palm Springs either.

Amazing getaway
This was exactly what we needed! The property was clean and had basic supplies that made the trip enjoyable. There were plenty of games at the house for our kids to enjoy. The pool and hot tub were great and being able to heat whichever one we wanted when we wanted was a huge plus! Rajeni was great to work with. We had no issues and would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is looking to stay in the Indio area!

We were two families travelling with an 18 mth old, 2 x 4 year olds and a 12 yr old and the property was a great size in accommodating all of us. The children enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub as well as the pool table. The well equipped kitchen had everything we needed and more. The property managers were very responsive with all of our questions and requests. Definitely recommend.

Well stocked
Experience with this rental was great. Communication was always extremely timely and clear, and Rajeni made sure every detail was taken care of. Home was very clean and the most well stocked rental we have stayed in. It was so nice not to have to buy shampoo, dishwasher or laundry detergent, etc or to lug a port-a-crib on the plane. The communication with the owner was incredible from beginning to end. Any questions that I had, they were there to answer. The follow up was appreciated as well. Before my trip, I received a message from Rajeni that they look forward to hosting us. During our stay, Rajeni checked in to see if there was anything we needed. 10 out of 10 communication. About the group… There were eight adults. Two people stayed in each room and we were very comfortable! We needed to get away in this Property promised just that. We had dinner on the long dining table, played pool, played some games at the home provided, we even watched a movie on the comfortable couch that all of a sudden, and spent majority of our time in the pool. The owners of the property thought of every single thing and we’re so happy. The property is very clean, well-kept, decorated very well, and thought out. It was too hot outside for us to enjoy a meal on the patio dining table, otherwise, we would be spending more of our time out there. This is a place to go for the family!

Wonderful family vacation in the sun!
We had a great time at this clean, comfortable, and well-appointed family home. Our check-in process was a breeze, and the property manager is friendly, responsive, and gracious. The layout of the home was perfect for our group which included little kids and a grandparent. The inside and outside were immaculate, and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we might need. The kids loved playing billiards and board games indoors on windy days and jumping into the heated pool when the weather was nice. We ate many of our meals outside in the gorgeous backyard. The home is in a great, quiet neighborhood within an easy commute of most sights and activities. Highly recommend!

Perfect House, Perfect Host
This is such a nice and clean house. The backyard and outdoor living is perfect. Nice pool and spa. Perfect get away and perfect size for families. The owner is so friendly and so easy to communicate with. We come to Palm Springs a lot and this was one of the best homes and owners that we have had the pleasure of staying at their property. The home was just as beautiful in person as online. It was very clean, comfortable and just what we were looking for. The highlight was the pool. We swam everyday! I also loved the outdoor seating. We had most of our meals outside. I would highly recommend this property!

Our experience was nothing less than perfection. The host for this home provided immediate response times, was very flexible with our needs. The home was stunning, stocked and immaculately cleaned. We had access to a clean pool and yard including outdoor games, dining area, patio night lights, firepit, indoor games and smart tv. The kitchen and all house supplies were stocked with all the equipment needed and starters needed. The caretakers popped by to upkeep the property and were fast - in and out. Memorable and comfortable stay in Palm Desert
We had a fantastic time at this house. It was perfect for our family of 4. The house was immaculate and the entry instructions were super easy. We have stayed at several VRBO houses and this one ranks in our top favorites. The layout of the house is great. We especially loved the kitchen and master bedroom. The heated pool, hot tub and outdoor area were awesome. The owner was extremely responsive and very accommodating. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything we needed. We cannot wait to come back!!
