Someone kept trying to open the adjacent room door and the manager just said, "we know them personally and they're okay".

The property is under "remodel" but they only gave it the landlord paint job. There is no phone service in the rooms. The homeless people keep trying to break back into the rooms they got kicked out of. Someone had their dog swimming in the pool when we were in there. We didn't have wifi for 5 days. The A/C was leaking inside the room, had to turn it off the rest of the day. PLUS, the night shift turns off the phone ringer and refuses to answer the phone. I stayed there for convenience and it became VERY inconvenient, very fast. This property has significantly gone down. If you can stay ANYWHERE ELSE, pls do.

The room was very clean spotless their cleaning crew is doing a great job 👏 over all everything was good would be better if they included shampoo and conditioner atleast small ones 😉
Had some trouble with my key but was resolved fast

Full of Homeless people screaming all day . Police have to come every day multiple times the air conditioner not working properly. Very rude staff . A homeless knock my door at 2 :00 am looking for he’s friend . Please investigate this place before make any reservation

The place is take over by homeless the personal is very rude the air conditioner not working properly have a pool but is always duty. If you try to call and make a complaint to the main office they don’t care . Said can’t do anything about. Police came at least 3 times every day. We only been here for couple hours and my mirror get stolen. Please think twice before come to this crap
