Many disappointments
Publié le 12 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were disappointed with the lack of items, such as laundry soap and napkins/paper towels. There we items in the couch. We found an empty condom box, charger, and glass. There was a q tip in one of the beds. Several of the light switches didn’t turn anything on. We were told there was a key card for the pool and we didn’t find one.

Publié le 4 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayHost was very responsive to all questions and calls. Property was fantastic, hot tub was wonderful. Location was superb - was there for Indian Wells Tennis, 15 min drive, minus the traffic. Would definitely stay again.

Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall the property is as listed. However for us the sofa and chair were not comfortable, maybe individual preference. One of the reasons we rented the property was the spa. It did not work. I texted the manager and tried the things he said to do and still no hot water. I feel he should have at least called back to see if it was working or came over to fix the problem. Other than that it was a great mini vacation.
