Not a great experience
Publié le 27 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house seemed nice and had plenty of room for the 5 adults that stayed there. The following issues made the stay a little uncomfortable:
Master bath toilet plunger did not seal after flushing. I had to remove the lid and push the plunger down after every flush (I did this for one full week).
Water in master shower was luke warm. I took 2 minute showers for a full week!
Lower diswasher track was broken (made it difficult to load dishes)
No blankets provided! All rooms had bed spreads and sheet, it got cold at night.
Most tv remote controls did not work (turns out most of them did not have batteries).
Outside big screen tv did not work
We paid $25 extra a day for the hot tub. They have an app to download to control the spa but it did not work.
Guest bedroom shower did not drain properly
Refrigerator light was out
Bedspread in master bedroom had stained blood on it.
Kitchen was poorly appointed (no tupper ware, foil or plastic bags.

Great location, inaccurate listing

Listing inaccurate in that outdoor area / furniture in disrepair (furniture old and dirty, fire pit area cushions stained and torn, outside lighting fixtures kicked over and not functional), indoor area is inadequately furnished (e.g., living room seating inadequate, kitchen lacks basic supplies / implements, refrigerator light out and ice didn’t work, t v lacks easy access to basic and premium channels). Also wasn’t in move in condition when we arrived and had to spend too much time on phone with host and their staff. Host was responsive not too many gaps relative to listing and price.

Regarding your concerns about inadequate furnishings, please rest assured that the listing accurately reflects the current state of the home. We have accommodated numerous guests in the past without any similar issues raised. However, I apologize if you found it inadequate during your stay and did not pay attention to the furniture/seating in the photos.
I want to clarify that while we provide a fully stocked kitchen with cooking pots and pans, we do not supply cooking condiments or foil, as this is not mentioned in our listing. Additionally, all our TVs are smart TVs equipped with cable, Netflix, and ESPN+ for your entertainment needs.
It's unfortunate that some issues arose during your stay, such as the patio cushions. We strive to address any concerns promptly, as evidenced by our immediate replacement of the cushions upon your dissatisfaction.
Please note that our cleaning services do not include daily maintenance of the backyard, especially after adverse weather conditions.
In the future I recommend reaching out to the host with any questions or concerns regarding seating arrangements and supplies before your arrival. We are always here to assist our guests and to ensure comfort during a guests stay.

Holiday Stay
Publié le 24 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was very nice and comfortable. The pool area was great. There were a few small simple items that did make the stay inconvenient. We could never find any dish towels or dish rags. Kitchen could have used a handmixer. no bathmats. could not find salt and pepper shakers sugar bowl, etc. by locking pantry made for lack of easily accessible food storage.

As we always inform guests to please let us know if there’s anything a guests needs during their stay or has questions about we would’ve been more than happy to assist in telling were items are stored or getting such items to you. Though the pantry cupboard is locked for housekeepers supplies there is plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen, we understand having easy access to food storage though and appreciate your feedback.

Great house and location
Publié le 13 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayA quick family reunion, house was plenty big enough for 9 adults,. Management very responsive. Booking seemed a bit weird as it's through another service and just advertised on VRBO, but it worked. We would rent this property again.

Wonderful Place in Indio
Publié le 4 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I rented this property for a month and just loved it. It is very large - lots of high ceilings and lots of rooms. The closets are huge and the bedrooms are perfect size. We had visitors in and out and there was not any feeling of being in the way of anyone. The golf putting green and the pool table were amazing - we loved using them! The pool was great - large enough for us and the hot tub too! We had some issues with the pool but the property manager was very quick to get it fixed. Few things missing in the kitchen but overall, it was great. Indio is about 30 minutes from Palm Springs and in the "newer" part of the Palm Springs area, but close to La Quinta where we used the Fritz Burns Rec Area for pickleball (so great!), the pool (so so great!) for laps and lots of great restaurants in the area. The hiking at the Living Desert was our favorite - very challenging but worth the view! Unfortunately we were hit with some sand storms (?? we never heard of this??) and had to stay inside some days due to the air quality, but they were like "rain" days. Make sure you bring warm clothes in February for the evening - the desert gets cool.
We loved this house - so great - thank you for a wonderful time !

Family week together
Publié le 9 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayHome is very roomy, carpeting needs to be cleaned/replaced many stains. Surfaces dusty & sticky so cleaning crew not doing a good turnover, kitchen blender cracked on the bottom not usable, lacking servicing dishes. We had a great time but we did a lot of cleaning ourselves to make it acceptable for our week.

Wonderful Outdoor Oasis
Publié le 16 févr. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe home was large and accommodated 4 adults and 4 teens well. The pool and spa area were great! Lots of outdoor seating, pool toys and firepit were a hit. Everything was as described on VRBO. If you want to heat the pool/hot tub you must contact the prop manager to gain access to the AP. The home has blinds in all the bedrooms which is nice but they do NOT keep out the early morning sun or the flood lights pointed at the house at night. The home was very clean with the exceptions of some dishes, pans and silverware which were put away dirty.... I assume by the previous renter. The kitchen has the basics for prepping small essential meals and only a few storage containers for leftovers. Wifi worked well. Beds are VERY firm. The outdoor TV has Netflix etc.. but unfortunately not cable... so we were unable to watch the Superbowl outside which was the main reasons we rented this house. Regardless we had a great time!
