Lucky to get a room. This motel needs updating and whilst it is clean it is old

Great location but showing its age bit expensive for the quality of the accommodation. But very limited motels in Innisfail. Does the job for short stays

Property is very old. Bathroom is tiny and dark. Bed is very old and uncomfortable.

Was made to wait 40 minutes,after checkin time,, had a look around while waiting ,around pool looked like garbage tip with rubbish old clothes,empty drink and food pavkaging everuwhere,when manager finally turned up said didnt like my attitude and refudef me accomodation said id get a tefund,whicj i have not received

You never checked in, and you need to contact Expedia for your refund, I have not charged Expedia.You were upset that you could not check in at 10:40am, after you made the booking online only 15 minutes beforehand and demanded that you be able to check in immediately, even though I advised that check-in is not until 2pm unless organised prior, and your aggressive and rude behavior will not be tolerated at the Black Marlin Motel.

Needs a bit of an update
Publié le 23 janv. 2024 sur HotelsOvernight stay small hotel with 10 rooms. The rooms have a double bed however plenty of room for a queen or king bed. Shower press was good but the bathroom needs refreshing and the door wouldn’t close. Fly screen on bathroom window was broken and unable to close window. No hairdryer. The benches and side table are new and look good. Not many places to select from in this location.
The lady was very friendly at reception.
